Information about data use and external data sources in the Alyvra platform.

Account and platform data

The platform processes account, profile and contact data for authentication and administration. SIM pages show inventory, connection observations, CDR data and recorded changes. Access is controlled through user roles and permissions.

Sign-in history and audit log

For reseller accounts, sign-in attempts, verification steps, successful sign-ins and sign-outs are recorded with their timestamp, result, account reference, IP address and browser information. Access by platform employees is recorded in their own names. A failed attempt does not establish who entered the credentials. Passwords, verification codes and access tokens are not stored in this audit log. Only authorized users can view the history of their reseller.

Email and SMS

To deliver verification codes, the relevant email address or mobile number and message are provided to the configured email or SMS provider.

Data sources and licenses

Country and operator names for MCC/MNC codes come from a locally stored reference table derived from MCC-MNC.dev, under the license below. Looking up this table does not send SIM or personal data to that source. The reference can contain outdated or incomplete allocations; unknown combinations remain unknown.
